Missing hosts when running as a chart under Kubernetes

Running WatchYourLAN as a chart under Kubernetes and overall very happy with the app, it does what it needs to whilst keeping it simple.

One issue I have found in this use case is that the IPs in use by the Kubernetes node are not seen ie MasterIP,VIP and the metallb loadbalancer IPs in use by other charts.

I am aware this is a limitation of arp, looking at other discussion points however this could be overcome simply by allowing us to add IPs manually either through UI or API.

I would appreciate knowing if there is currently a way to do this and if not it would be a great feature to add please.
