Previewing two chained segments starting from 00:00 leads to ignoring skipping one of them

• When previewing either of the first two ones, the other one will not be skipped, whereas
• When previewing either of the last four ones, the previewed segment - and every subsequent one - gets skipped

tl;dr's:

• If you have a problem where previewing the very first segment doesn't skip the 2nd as chained segments should be skipped and just plays portion of the video covered by this segment I'm like 99% sure someone a few months ago reported this in ⁠concerns or something similar 😆
• Well, adjusting start time by even 1ms causes both to be skipped so it does seem like preview is acting as end button in case of segments starting at 0
