Hi @JKLEE1015,

Please make sure that you have the latest version of the NPU driver installed NPU_RAI1.3.zip. An outdated driver version could cause this error.

You can follow the installation steps outlined here - Install NPU Drivers

After installation ensure that NPU MCDM driver (Version:32.0.203.237, Date:11/8/2024) is correctly installed by opening
Device Manager -> Neural processors -> NPU Compute Accelerator Device
(Note: If Neural processors is not visible, in the device manager please click check for hardware changes after installing the latest driver)
