the native remote control on macOS15 is not working atm, known issue. as a workaround you can use VNC which was released in version 1.1.0: https://github.com/amidaware/tacticalrmm/releases/tag/v1.1.0 |

Hello, I have a few macbooks on my system. 3 of them connect fine. The fourth unit gives me a black screen.
Despite having verified that we have connected to it and applied all the permissions as per the doc on the agents end, we still end up with a black screen.
Weird thing is the end user can see the mouse moving. I can't see anything
