[Bug] Zipkin trace query in BanyanDB is using improper operation. #13427

What happened
An improper operation was used in #13426, OAP should fix this operation tool.
What you expected to happen
Use HAVING to replace IN.
How to reproduce
Can't query out the data in the Zipkin query with annotations.
