DataLabels doesn't work after dotnet publish

DataLabels doesn't work

It works fine in debug mode.

I was unable to reproduce this issue, for me it works, did you try the dev branch?

Update, I was able to reproduce in the master branch, notice that this no longer occurs in the dev branch, in general there are multiple improvements in the way charts are rendered, this was probably fixed with #1936 or #1915.
