使用办法我也没看明白，问了朋友，他的意思是克隆项目，把github当服务器，每天执行一次（！！！我没尝试！！！）

我有小主机，群晖-青龙面板
1.脚本那里把项目里面那个py文件添加进去
2.环境变量添加EMAL和PASSWD，把邮箱和密码搞进去
3.定时任务，添加，名字随便起，task py文件.py，定时规则随便
4.执行一遍，看看日志
