Speeding up labeler catch-up

I had a bug in my labeler did:plc:vu6bram65hh5mo6rmbiwtym7 that caused Bluesky to forget the cursor and restart the stream from cursor=0.

Can someone please temporarily lift the rate limit on it, to let it catch up? 🥺👉👈

Otherwise it's going to be a long time before new labels start showing up. It currently has 2.13M labels, and Bluesky's ingest pipelines are at 433k and 482k.

I'm not sure we'll be able to tweak this in time for it to help/matter.

We do know that the developer/operator experience of labeler ingest is pretty bad right now, and are looking in to ways to make this more legible and reliable.

I mean, given the current rate at which it adds new labels, it'll be around 3 months before the ingest catches up to realtime. So if you can get to it sooner than that - that'd be a great help :)
