Generic Tools for browsing/managing test data on my account?

I am working on an app where I login to my BlueSky account and create data conforming to my own lexicons on that account. I haven't built out any update/delete functionality yet, and until I do, I was wondering if there are generic data browser tools?

Being able to login to my account, then see all the garbage JSON/whatever records I've posted to it, and ideally delete them, would be great. Is that kind of tool out there yet?

Also, if anyone has a different iterative dev process for working out new lexicon structures that doesn't involve spamming data onto actual PDS accounts, would love to hear about that. Thanks!
