update dependencies to stable ones for bw25 #58

Current

the conda packages declare dependencies to brightway25 and pinned (~ish) ones to bw2cal and bw2_analyzer.

Expected

it should be possible to install the conda packages without a full brightway25 install

(this might also apply to pypi packages)
