Current Behavior: You cannot add fixed hosts when the "Add all team members, including future members" toggle is enabled for Round Robin hosts.

Desired Behavior:

1. Adding Fixed Hosts:
   • Allow adding fixed hosts even when the "Add all team members, including future members" toggle is enabled for RR hosts
   • When a team member is added as a fixed host, remove them from RR hosts
   • Keep the toggle for RR hosts enabled
2. Removing Fixed Hosts:
   • If a fixed host is removed, they should automatically be added back to the RR hosts list
