In Brave browser on certain sites, if "Keep running on this site?" option is enabled, will disable scrolling.

Happens to me with:
https://www.humblebundle.com/ (always)
https://www.udemy.com/ (sometimes, if they have a site banner enabled, e.g. due to ongoing sale)

In other words, on the Humble Bundle website I physically cannot scroll up or down on the page at all, unless I disable the extension.
Mouse scroll wheel does nothing - page will not move. Scroll bar is missing, so can't scroll with click-and-drag, either.

Specifically what happens:

  1. I load the webpage
  2. Some kind of pop-up flashes on screen so quick, I barely see it.
  3. Scroll bar disappears (was loaded with site, then is gone)
  4. Afterwards, scrolling is disabled.
  • Happens to me repeatedly on Brave on Windows 10.
  • Does not necessarily happen on first load, but if I leave the page and come back (or navigate to another page on the site) bug will trigger.
  • Tested on MacOS Sequoia 15.1.1 -> does not occur there.
  • Not sure if applies to all chromium-based browsers, as don't have them on system to test.
  • Does no occur with Firefox or Firefox-based browsers.
  • Only occurs with some specific sites (listed are the ones I've come across).
