feat(parser): Add ASS and SRT support and refactor parsing functions

- Rename all parser functions from *2dict/*2list to *2mdata/*2data to better reflect return types
  (krc2dict->krc2mdata, lrc2list->lrc2data, etc)
- Add new ass.py parser implementing ASS format support with ass2mdata() #31
- Add new srt.py parser implementing SRT format support with srt2mdata()
- Enhance existing parsers with:
  - Precompiled regex patterns for better performance
  - Optimize parser logic to improve maintainability
