Re-Design Digest web page

A current digest web page looks like this:

How could this be better designed to give people the snapshot they are looking for on a mobile vs desktop computer experience?

Should we include additional info? Should we aggregate on a common map.

Create 2-3 wireframes with different design concepts to bounce off some end users.
