continue cli cann't load my config.yaml file,wich works in vscode and jetbrains

This error seems to have just started happening. I updated the CLI and when I start it I get this error. I have existing config to use Qwen3 Coder with Scaleway and have been using it for the past couple days.

How I start Continue:

cn --config ~/.continue/config.yaml

My config:
