When a user has multiple majors that are not in another college that they switch to, the additional major slots are left there. We should remove the additional major slots when we switch colleges. For this change, it's important to make sure to handle the cases where we do not always remove all the slots because some majors exist in the new college, like CS in Engineering and A&S.
