Yeah it works in other desktops than GNOME so I'm not sure what's the case. We missing some entry in desktop file specific for GNOME or GNOME is GNOME and doing things his own way. If someone have idea, please let me know.

EDIT: nevermind, it looks like this is already included.

@elevenhsoft It looks like the Mint team had a similar issue with their webapp manager, and they fixed it by adding a --name parameter to the Exec line

linuxmint/webapp-manager#272
