디스코드 알림을 통해, 개인적으로 해당 글이 누가 쓴 글에서 의논을 하는지 알고 싶음
embed 쪽에는 주로 해당 글의 정보를 나타내니까, 그 부분의 사용자를 '해당 PR/Issue를 작성한 사람'으로 바꿀 예정
