Currently, the Sitewide contract owns the VA.gov implementation of Mapbox API, and all associated billing. We want to reduce our annual Mapbox spend, and there are 2 ways to go about this:

  1. Reduce Sitewide's own usage
  2. Connect with other teams that invoke this API / use Mapbox, to either
    • reduce their usage
    • move their spending onto a new API key
    • move their spending onto a new Mapbox account owned by their team

Research findings from #19984 to drive next steps:
