Hi, i would like to use an older version of r2modman - that supports windows 7 as personal and technical reasons.
WhenEver i install v3.1.51, it autoupdates to 3.1.55, forcing me to uninstall updated version and install v3.1.51 again
Please, Make an Option to disable it

This would also be good for people using say, a scoop manifest to manage updates.

You can use a portable version of the manager, see the releases section. The executable without "Setup" in the name is what you're after.
Functionality to remove auto updates outside of that isn't particularly ideal.
