Allow .cheat.md extension

Hey folks,

I do not have a strong opinion on the subject, but seeing people open PRs such as:

• Fixed cheatsheet guide file extension elixir-tesla/tesla#808
• Rename general.cheatmd to general.cheat.md elixir-tesla/tesla#748

Due to the misunderstanding that ex_doc chose this extension, I can understand their reasoning, some people read documentation directly from GitHub (including myself).

Regardless, it has prompted me to raise the question here.

Should the .cheat.md extension be allowed?

That's a good question. .livemd has to be a separate file because it is slightly different to Markdown, and we kept .cheatmd for consistency. The challenge is allowing .cheat.md while not allowing .live.md.

I am feel like the messenger, any decision is fine by me.

I am unsure of the work required to allow both extensions but I can offer my time. I am familiar with the cheat file since I worked on it, but unfamiliar with the live one. Still, I can figure it out.
