The monomer appears expanded after loading file in RXN V2000 format #2723

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Open Macromolecules mode - Flex mode
  2. Add any monomer on canvas
  3. Switch to Molecules mode
  4. Add an arrow
  5. Save as RXN V2000
  6. Load saved file

Actual behavior
The monomer appears expanded after loading file in RXN V2000 format but was saved as contracted.

Expected behavior
The monomer appears contracted after loading file in RXN V2000 format. And after that can be expanded or contracted.

[Version 3.0.0-rc.1]

[Version 1.28.0-rc.1]
