Hi, this is a really cool project, thank you very much for it and thank you as well for switching the license!
In addition to its use in bioinformatics, I think Codon is perfect for writing small native data science utility scripts that would run on a Linux cluster, like e.g. splitting and merging files of different formats. At least, that is a use case that I would have in mind.
To that end, would you maybe consider supporting these python modules natively in Codon in the future:
argparse
glob
(I am aware of the possibility to use the from python import and this is what I currently use).
