Customising rich traceback suppress list (e.g. hiding SQLalchemy details)

Description

Typer's documentation about Rich Exceptions says:

It will omit all the parts of the traceback (the chain of things that called your function) that come from the internal parts in Typer and Click.

Referring to https://github.com/fastapi/typer/blob/0.15.2/typer/main.py#L81 I can see how:

    supress_internal_dir_names = [typer_path, click_path]
    exc = exc_value
    if rich:
        from .rich_utils import MAX_WIDTH

        rich_tb = Traceback.from_exception(
            type(exc),
            exc,
            exc.__traceback__,
            show_locals=exception_config.pretty_exceptions_show_locals,
            suppress=supress_internal_dir_names,
            width=MAX_WIDTH,
        )
        console_stderr.print(rich_tb)
        return

In addition to hiding Typer and Click parts of the traceback, I want to do the same with other libraries my code is using - such as SQLalchemy.

However, supress_internal_dir_names is an internal variable with no obvious way to customise this.
