onklick focus on Android App not on message

If I am getting a notification to the Android App about a new reply I want to click on it and expect to open the message.
Instead I am only navigated to the Inbox.

The Android app simply opens your FreeScout in the internal browser. So you can try to debug the issue via your FreeScout.
