Hi,
The issue I'm facing is that when we receive a support ticket coming from the app TOPdesk (https://www.topdesk.com/) we receive it visible and readable in the email notification but when navigating to FreeScout and checking it there, it shows a blank page. We then need to click on the option 'Show original' in the message option to show the email.
Is this something that we're doing wrong?

Other mails do arrive fine (so far).
