sim2root segfaults sometimes at the end of its execution #90

I noticed it when using 1000 events, but never when using order 10. It happens about 30% of the time. The results seem to be ok so far

Renaming files to proper file names
Segmentation fault (core dumped)

mjtueros assigned mjtueros and lwpiotr and unassigned mjtueros

same behaviour detected in convert_voltage2adc.py. It end with a
Segmentation fault (core dumped)
