[feature request] load custom levels from specified openGOAL installation directory #2

I am not aware of the limitations of a blender plugin, but it would be nice to be able to specify an openGOAL installation directory, then read from its custom_levels, level-info, and game.gp to populate a list of levels that could be "opened"/modified/saved.

That could be implemented. It would take some in depth file io though, so I'm not going to work on it until I have the code a lot more cleaned up.
