The problem

My two washing machines (Z1 and M1) often report unknown status, and their countdown function is also not functioning properly. This is especially true for Z1, which frequently enters the "unknown" state during operation, and their countdown often stops. Even if the washing machine has completed its work, the countdown will still remain at a certain value until the next time it is started, when it will switch back to the full countdown again.

By the way, another washing machine (model: M1), although experiencing similar issues, appears much more normal overall.
