Can't "Connect to your Tado account"

The problem

Until last week I had all my Tado V3 devices integrated into the HA... Since Friday, no connection to my account is possible. I also can't create Tado again... There is always the error message: UnexpectedThe error.
Are there any server problems at the moment or what can I do to resume the devices?

Same issue for me - seems to be related to 2025.3.4 update.

Seems to be the same issue as #138518, seems it will be fixed in the 2025.4 release (workaround: #138518 (comment))
