I run HA OS on a Minisforum GK41 NUC.
Builtin audio used to work perfectly with Ubuntu, but now on HAOS trying to set up spotify connect I have only one output device:
Dummy Out.
And no sound at all, indeed.
If I run ha audio info I get:
Cloudflared (5.2.10), ESPHome Device Builder (2025.2.2), Get HACS (1.3.1), Studio Code Server (5.18.3), Home Assistant Google Drive Backup (0.112.1), Advanced SSH & Web Terminal (20.0.2), Spotify Connect (0.14.0)
Describe the issue you are experiencing
I run HA OS on a Minisforum GK41 NUC.
Builtin audio used to work perfectly with Ubuntu, but now on HAOS trying to set up spotify connect I have only one output device:
Dummy Out.
And no sound at all, indeed.
If I run
ha audio info
I get:aplay -l
returns:aplay: device_list:279: no soundcards found...
Seems like HA OS does not recognize the audio card, or is not loading the drivers.
Very sad.
