Support for favicon .ico format

Hey,

It would be nice if Chafa would render favicon files too.

I attach two examples, those are considered as "image/vnd.microsoft.icon" by file.

Github doesn’t allow uploading .ico files, so you must remove the fake ".txt" extension.

Doable, but it means adding a parser for Windows BMP. We may want to extract ICO data from EXE files etc. too.

Yes. I was about to nix it, but apparently GH had already taken action. It hit 5-6 tickets, apologies to everyone for the spam.
