希望能加入浏览器插件, 接管浏览器的新标签页(类似infinity), 后台静默更新数据, 提高该项目的实用性

目前使用其他插件接管新标签页, 在插件中设置sun-panel域名, 但是有个问题, 每次新建标签页会有加载过程, 体验很一般, 希望能出相关插件
