Add a new function that will get information from a new REST API endpoint, preferably prior to any authentication.

Possible function names:

get_irods_info()
get_irods_information()
irods_info()
iinfo() <-- kidding, please no

This new endpoint would return zonename, server version, authentication requirements, etc.
