Hello.

I downloaded the "RightMenu Master" app from the Mac App Store and purchased the All Access Lifetime in app.

My apple id : cbsangel@naver.com

The card payment has been made normally and the amount has been withdrawn.

But this app is still asking me for payment.

It doesn't work even if you erase and reinstall the app and press Restore Purchase.

Please solve it.

Since the payment is processed through Apple's built-in payment system, I do not have a backend to record payment information, and Apple's backend system does not provide a query function. Therefore, I cannot directly check your payment status. Please follow the steps below to troubleshoot, and feel free to send any related information to my email kennyiseeyou@gmail.com:

  1. Confirm if the relevant item was purchased:

    • Please make sure you are logged into the correct Apple ID on your device and confirm that you purchased the relevant item in "RightMenu Master."
    • You can check your purchase history in the App Store to see if "RightMenu Master" and the "RightMenu Master - Lifetime" or other paid items appear. If you find it, the purchase should be successful.
  2. Restore purchase:

    • Make sure your device is connected to the internet and logged into the correct Apple ID. If you haven't tried yet, you can click the "Restore Purchase" button in the app.
  3. Payment processing:

    • Although the payment has been deducted from your card, Apple may sometimes delay processing. Please wait a while to see if the purchase restores. If the issue persists, I recommend contacting Apple support to check for any incomplete payment issues.
  4. Clear cache:

There is a purchase history in the Apple Store and the amount of the card has been withdrawn.

I still haven't solved this problem.
