문제 조건

• 수직선 0~N (1 ≤ N ≤ 10만) → int형
• 가로등 M개 (1 ≤ M ≤ N) → int형
• 오름차순된 설치 좌표 x (0 ≤ x ≤ N) → int형
• 수직선 N을 모두 비추기 위한 가로등의 최소 높이 구하기
• 단, 가로등의 높이는 통일

최소 가로등의 높이를 찾기 위해 1부터 N까지의 범위를 돌면서 이분탐색을 진행한다.
