The problem is that it is very mouse or touch focused. Kando won't make people happy who are using the keyboard with both hands most of their time. And I think that especially on Linux, many users are keyboard-only users.

But nevertheless, there could be some specific distros installing this per default. For instance Athena OS uses my Fly-Pie GNOME Shell extensions as their "PWNage Menu".
