Clarification on the katanemo/Arch-Function-3B model's license

5. Commercial Use and Distribution Restrictions
   You are free to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and create derivative works from the Katanemo Materials for any purpose,
   including commercial use, provided that the Katanemo Materials are not packaged and delivered as part of a framework, proxy server,
   middleware, gateway infrastructure product, or any product substantially similar in function or purpose to these. If you intend to
   package and deliver the Materials in any of these forms or similar products, you must obtain a separate license from Katanemo Labs.

Yet, archgw integrates it as part of a proxy server. Does that mean archgw with its purpose-built LLMs can not be used commercially without a separate license?

P.S. https://huggingface.co/katanemo/Arch-Function-1.5B/blob/main/LICENSE states that

If you are commercially using the Materials, you shall request a license from us.

which is stricter than Arch-Function-3B.
