In addition to my tablet I would love to add another VirtScreen to the session for my smartphone - either via GUI or Command Line.
An example on how to archive this would be really appreciated.

Hi. Please keep in mind that running multiple VirtScreens is currently not officially supported.
However, that doesn't mean VirtScreen blocks you from multiple instances. You can just run two VirtScreens and will see two VirtScreen system tray icons. You just need to correctly configure them:
Firstly you need multiple VIRTUAL* devices enabled. See here.
Each VirtScreens should have different configurations for:
Device (VIRTUAL1, VIRTUAL2) on preference
VNC Port (5900, 5901...) on VNC tab
Then run :)
IMPORTANT: Do not change display settings (position of display) while another VirtScreen session is running a VNC server. It will break X11!
Warning: VirtScreen currently does not save options for multiple instances. So you will need to configure them every time.
Apart from it. It will have a big CPU load that will bring bad laptop experiences (loud fan noise, drained battery etc.).
Sharing your experience on multiple VirtScreens will be appreciated :)
