Support visiter specified stylesheet (via URL)

It would be useful to support stylesheets beyond the fixed set in this list. It shouldn't take much work. Let me know if you'd prefer me to take a stab at it.

I cannot guarantee you that. I need to see the feature before deciding to deploy it. UI requirement is full responsiveness. It's up to you to decide whether or not to do it.
