I'm interested in using Key Mapper on my Android handheld to map some system level functions, like universal button combinations to open menu or exit emulators. I have some concerns on the controller latencies, as Key Mapper filter the input.
Does Key Mapper introduce a system level input latency? That is, if the key Mapper service is started, does it introduce latencies to controller input even without any mappings?
If I only map some buttons with Key Mapper, do these buttons have higher latencies? What about other buttons which are not mapped with Key Mapper, do they also share the higher latencies too?
