Cannot install XSection package in V0.28 for Windows

Hi, Matthias,
I experience an error when trying to install/update Xsection in this week June 2024. V1.4 to 1.7 are okay.
I tried v0.28, 0.25 on Linux or Windows.
An error page is captured in the attchment.

I use Klayout Xsection intensively. It is very helpful.
One feature I would like to have is the grow mode of bird's beak in the LOCOS field oxide structure. I read the code and found that

1. Need modifications in mask_data.rb
2. Use :round mode as the baseline
3. Separate nhalf points in the segment into 4 groups: 1st -- points for i= 0 to (nhalf/2 - 1); 2nd -- add one half of beak with 3 points; 3rd -- add another half of beak with 3 points; 4th -- points for (nhalf/2+1) to nhalf .
