[BUG] Any modification to any file performed while a solution for an incident is beign requested will be undone automatically and proposed as fix #199

When users request a fix for an incident, the process of obtaining a response from the LLM may take some time.

If, during that time, the user:

Modifies a file: Those changes will be automatically undone when the solution response is received and proposed as a solution
Creates a file: The file will be automatically deleted
