Correct drawing of hex and radial grids #2

Hex and radial grids aren't rendered quite right. Needs include:

Radial and hex grids should fit within the chart area regardless of options/shapes
Use nodes_at_patch and corners_at_cell to ensure correct drawing of polygons
Ensure label placement is correct for hex and radial
