Use wallet output descriptors in MintAsset instead of requiring a group_key_xpub, group_key_derivation_path, and group_key_fingerprint to be passed separately.

This would go very nicely with traditional wallet and offline signing workflows. It would be a great compliment to #1295 .

Would be also nice for chantools derivekey to output a wallet output descriptor.
