You should be allowed to select prosthetics for your character at roundstart. Ideally, you could pick from multiple styles, though this would first require us to have multiple styles (currently, the only variants are digitigrade vs. normal robot legs). Possibly, we could allow the selection of alternative organic limbs as well, or having limbs entirely missing. This would allow a character's prosthetic/alternate limb(s) to actually be a consistent character feature, far beyond what the random "surplus prosthetic" allows.

idea that i'm writing down here for my own sake to attempt later (since i already did a little work with preferences before kind of giving up in favor of waiting for limb stuff)
replace(?) existing quirks with a new "prosthetics" quirk that adds individual character settings per-limb that allows you to set any number of them to any of [list of limb types]
