Reproduction:

Have a changeling transform a person into someone else.

This will cause people with prosopagnosia to recognize the new face. Instead of identifying 'Unknown' purely by their ID, they can see that 'Firstname Lastname' is wearing so and so's ID.

Seemingly the only thing prosopagnosia actually affects is inspection text. if you shift click someone, it'll always call them unknown. but mouseover behavior is completely unaffected by prosopagnosia
