After a user submits a thesis on the platform, there should be a prominent warning banner displayed, informing them that this is not the official submission platform. The banner should clearly state that the thesis must also be submitted via the official TUM website (koinon portal) to be considered valid.

Reasoning
Currently, users might assume that submitting their thesis on this platform is sufficient, which could lead to issues with their official submission. Adding a warning banner will help prevent misunderstandings and ensure compliance with TUM's submission requirements.

Expected Behavior

• Show prominent warning banner with:
  • Important: This is not the official thesis submission platform. You must also submit your thesis on the official TUM website. (or similar)
  • Include a link to the TUM submission page.
  • The banner should stay visible until dismissed.

Implementation

• Display after submission (e.g., top of the page or as a modal).
