I have:

Describe the bug
If the panel is customized and I restart with the customized panel, the panel gets cut off.

To Reproduce

  1. Add a panel
  2. Add panel colorizer
  3. Configure Panel colorizer, tick "Enable Panel Colorizer" then go to Appearance and untick "Native panel background"
  4. Reboot
  5. Log in

Observed Result
The panel is mostly hidden.

Expected Result
The panel should remain the way it should be before rebooting.

Can't reproduce on plasma 6.2.5 both trying both x11 and wayland.

Looks like this could be related to #117 (though it was for fit content panels maybe is related) which was fixed on plasma 6.2.4, if that version is already available for your distro and haven't updated can you do that?

Also, does the same happen if you try on a clean user account?

I was able to reproduce the problem on another user account, although the problem didn't appear until the second time I restarted. I unfortunately can't update to plasma 6.2.4 yet, so I will simply have to wait until then.
