stayrtr rtrdump compatibility #1

TODO for me:

verify compatibility with rtrdump from stayrtr, it looks like JSON metadata does not contain the serial (which is used by rtrcheck).

Also see what rtrmon does.

This is now fixed in bgp/stayrtr#132 which also gives us access to the SessionID.

Leaving this issue open until the next stayrtr release (> 0.6.1).

Workaround with binary: https://dl.ltri.eu/stayrtr/pr132rtrdump

With the SessionID rtrcheck can actually do it's job, checking serial without SessionID is a too simplistic approach, filed #2 .
